A little more bit about me and what I do...

The Therapist, 1937, by Rene Magritte

I see therapy as exploring what is possible when two people form a genuine relationship. My approach is honest and relational. I aim to show up as my full self in the room, because I believe that's the most important way to form genuine connection, and therefore make real change.

I enjoy working with creatives of any age, as well as people in their twenties and thirties navigating anxiety and major life transitions. Drawing on CBT, relational, and humanistic approaches, I tailor our work together to how you want to be helped, rather than fitting you into one method. In my experience, when two people show up fully and commit to the process, moments of insight emerge that carry well beyond our sessions.

My own path to this work wasn't linear. I studied creative writing and spent years pursuing work in the entertainment industry before the pause created by Covid gave me space to reconsider my future. That reflection led me to get my masters in clinical psychology where therapists like Carl Rogers, Irvin Yalom, Karen Horney, Viriginia Satir, and Aaron Beck helped me shape the therapist I am today.
