Hey there, I'm Hans.
I'm a therapist practicing in Los Angeles.
A little about what I do: I have conversations. I bring my whole self to them — my curiosity, training, humor, and life experience — and together, we work toward whatever you're trying to change, understand, or get unstuck from.
I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy—one of the most well-researched and effective approaches out there. I'm also trained in a more eclectic, humanistic model, focused on building insight through asking questions, showing up as a full human being, and following wherever the work leads. My practice draws on both.
Sessions are 50 minutes long, held in-person at my office in Eagle Rock. I also offer telehealth sessions for those who need the flexibility of online therapy.
