What does therapy cost?
$200 for individuals • $250 for couples.
I have a few sliding scale spots available if in need.

Do you accept insurance?
If you have a PPO, I am happy to supply you with a superbill for reimbursement.

How does the free consultation work?
When we meet, I'll ask you what brings you to therapy now and tell you about how I work and what my approach to your issues would be. It's a chance to get to know each other before committing to working together. Consultations are important because the therapist/client relationship is an important factor in determining if therapy will work.

What is your cancellation policy?
My office policy for cancellations is 24 hours in advance or the full fee is charged unless we can reschedule you for the same calendar week.
